Shipping policy
Our freight costs are calculated at checkout, or simplyĀ contact usĀ withĀ your postcode, suburb, contact number and the item(s) of interest to find out the cost.
A representative will contact you after you place your order to organise a delivery date and time to suit you. The delivery fee is calculated by the size and weight of the item/s, plus the deliveryĀ location.Ā Delivery does not include taking items inside, upstairs, or in lifts, item placement or removal of packaging. Our courier companies are currently not providing installation, set up, or removal of old product services.
It is necessary for someone to be available to accept the delivery. For large items, we suggest having an additional person to assist with the placement of your items inside.
You might be required to assist the driver in carrying items from the vehicle to the ground floor door of your home or building as per the Occupational Health & Safety standards requirements. Transport companies are not obliged to deliver upstairs for OH&S reasons and also for insurance restrictions.

National deliveries are withinĀ 2Ā -Ā 8Ā business days.Ā We engage third party freightĀ couriersĀ for interstate and regional AU deliveries.Ā Delivery timesĀ may vary for regional and remote locations that may still be a little longer than usual.
LOCAL PICK-UP
Local pick-up is available as soon as you complete your purchase. Please contact usĀ info@eandahomedecors.comĀ to arrange a suitable time for pick-up. Proof of payment and product purchased will be required when picking up.
